Meet the Virtual Assistant Behind Hidayassist

👋 Hello, I’m Hida

I’m the founder of Hidayassist, a service where I provide virtual assistant support for Muslim small business owners.

My role is to take care of the admin tasks that often feel heavy and time-consuming, so you can focus on growth, balance, and the things that matter most in life.

About Me

Background

As a Muslim woman, I’ve learned that navigating work often comes with unique challenges. There are opportunities that seem appealing, yet I’ve had to pause and ask:

“Does this truly align with my values?”
“Will it honour the way I want to live and work?”

Eventually, I realised that instead of waiting for the ‘perfect’ role, I could create one.

That’s how Hidayassist was born—a space where I could serve others through meaningful, behind-the-scenes support, without compromising on faith, boundaries, or barakah.

The name Hidayassist itself is meaningful to me. It comes from the word ‘Hidayah‘, which means guidance and is also part of my name, combined with ‘assist‘. I chose it to reflect what I do: providing supportive, meaningful help so you can run your business more smoothly, with peace of mind.

Along the way, I’ve trained as a personal assistant, executive assistant, and virtual assistant, gaining the skills to organise, coordinate, and manage tasks with confidence. I also bring experience in translation (English–Indonesian) and remote teamwork, which has strengthened my adaptability and tech skills.

I’ve supported busy teams remotely, handling flight ticket issuance, schedule updates, and communication — skills I now bring directly to my VA clients. My goal is to make your day-to-day operations seamless, calm, and productive.

Introvert-friendly support

I understand that not everyone enjoys jumping on calls or constant back-and-forths.

As someone who values calm, clarity, and thoughtful communication, I’ve shaped my services to suit introverts, HSPs, or anyone who prefers a low-pressure, written-first working style.

You won’t be asked to “hop on a quick call” unless necessary. Everything is handled through clear, respectful written communication, giving you space to focus, breathe, and run your business in peace.

Building positive partnerships

I believe that working together should feel respectful on both sides.

Everyone has busy days, but clear and kind communication makes all the difference.

My dream clients are those who value boundaries, keep things professional, and treat me as a partner they can rely on — not someone to take out stress on. I believe trust is built through consistency, not pressure.

This way, we can build a supportive and positive working relationship 🤝

Faith, values & work

My work feels most meaningful when I support clients who share similar values. It allows us to connect on more than just tasks and checklists.

Still, I warmly welcome non-Muslim clients too — what matters most is respect, clear communication, and a shared intention to reach meaningful goals.

This work isn’t just about getting tasks done. It’s about helping you protect your time, honour your values, and create space for what matters most in your business.

✨ You don’t have to choose between faith and growth.
✨ You don’t have to do it all alone.

Let’s build something good, together.

Salam,

Hida
